Meet Shay
The heart behind Bear Cub Explorers
Hello, families! I’m Shay, the provider behind Bear Cub Explorers in Tracy, California. I bring over 20 years of experience working with children, including experience supporting students with diverse learning and developmental needs.
I am CPR and First Aid certified, with current background checks and fingerprints on file. My experience has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, safety, and meeting each child where they are.
My goal is to create a welcoming, home-like environment where children feel supported, build confidence, explore their interests, and develop important life skills. I look forward to partnering with your family to make every child’s experience at Bear Cub Explorers a positive one.
